Terms of Service

Welcome to Blast! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blast mobile application. By creating an account or using Blast, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Blast, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Eligibility

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be affiliated with a supported campus
  • Provide accurate information during registration

3. Account Registration

To use Blast, you must provide a valid phone number, your name, email, date of birth, and campus affiliation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. How Blast Works

Circles

Circles are community groups organized around shared interests, clubs, or activities. You can join existing circles, create new ones, and leave at any time.

Events

Events are activities organized within circles or across your campus. When you RSVP, your name may be shared with the event organizer.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Create fake events or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Blast or its systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content. By posting on Blast, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for your content.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of your information.

8. Disclaimers

BLAST IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT BLAST WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

Blast is a platform for discovering and sharing events. We are not responsible for the safety, quality, or legality of events. You attend events at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through app settings or by contacting team@blastoncampus.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, contact us at team@blastoncampus.com to resolve the issue informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
